No. You don’t need to be at home when our cleaning technicians arrive or while they work. In fact, most clients are gone when cleaning is underway, but we ensure that they come back to a welcoming home once they return.
All you have to do is provide instructions about how to get into your home, and inform us whether there are any special circumstances our technicians need to know about, such as areas you would not want us to enter or unsecured pets.
If you are at home during the cleaning, please ensure that technicians have full access to all the areas they will be cleaning and aren’t interrupted. If you work from home, our technicians are happy to clean the home office first to minimize disruptions to your work day.
