The Top to Bottom Clean is our most comprehensive cleaning service, like a spring clean, where everything in your home will be hand washed with extra attention to any build up.  The Top to Bottom Clean is ideal for seasonal deep cleans or as a first clean when opting for a recurring cleaning service.

The Top to Bottom Clean includes the General Maintenance Clean PLUS:

  • Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
  • Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)

  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

The Rental Make-Ready Clean is our General Maintenance Clean with a customized twist based upon your rental’s needs with a few added perks! Laundry drop off and pick up service, bed making, and staging! We provide the sheets and towels along with full laundry service for all of our clients!

What’s Included:

Our cleaning technicians will provide each property with a General Maintenance Clean in between guests. We will stage your property accordingly. Since turnover times are not lengthy, we recommend clients book a Top To Bottom Clean in the beginning of the rental season.
